SDSN Sahel mobilizes its members and leverages their strengths to help realize the SDGs through:  

Education

Strengthening the 2030 Agenda in the African education context through building traditional, cultural, religious and conventional methods to increase the integration of each community level to Leave No One Behind.


SDSN Youth Sahel organized a trip for youth leaders to the Saloum Islands in order to improve their knowledge about development challenges at the community level and to inform the activities of the student hub.

Awareness and Engagement

Community awareness through a multi-level community campaign with SDSN Youth - Sahel and the ONE Campaign.


Institutional awareness through thematic virtual conference on SDGs progress.


Private and public sector awareness through a bi-annual cross sectoral virtual conference and through pan-African collaboration to share good practices and scale those on the continental level.

Solutions

Part of the Data For Now initiative supported by GIZ & TReNDS, focusing on the relevance of the use of urban data and the production of an inventory of data and tools.
