A network of science, technology, and innovation hubs has the opportunity and responsibility to mobilize the resources, knowledge, and capacity of local communities across the Amazon, combined with the energy, ideas, and resources brought by an international community of innovators, to actualize this opportunity for the next generations of Amazonians.
