Ca’ Foscari University of Venice teaches approximately 20,000 students and covers four large scientific and cultural areas: Economics, Foreign Languages and Literatures, Humanities and Sciences. It offers courses at all levels both in Italian and English: 15 Bachelor (of which 2 Double/Joint Degrees), 29 Master degree (of which 11 Joint/Double Degrees) and 39 Executive Master programmes, in addition to its 14 PhD courses.

Member Projects

  • Recycling at Ca’ Foscari: the project aims to improve the separate waste collection system in the university campus and to promote and enhance sustainable habits of Ca’ Foscari community.
  • Carbon Management: the aim of this project is to reduce CO2 emissions, by implementing suitable plans promoting energy saving, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ca’ Foscari sociale: a project launched by the university in 2012 to boost the university community’s cooperation with the Veneto Region’s non-profit associations.
  • Sustainable competencies: the project encourages students to acquire competencies in sustainability by adding to their course programme extra-curricular activities, offered by each Department.
