GAIA provides basic health services, targeting prevention, care, and support in communities affected by HIV, AIDS, TB, and malaria in Africa.

Member Projects

  1. GAIA Villages – GAIA has worked in 157 villages for 3 years each to provide health educations and home based care for rural communities in Malawi impacted by HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and limited access to traditional health care services.
  2. Mobile Health Clinics– GAIA operates 5 mobile clinics, each visiting 5 sites weekly, to expand access to quality health care and health education for rural Malawians.
  3. Nursing Scholarship Program – The nursing scholarship program has supported over 400 young Malawians to attend nursing school and work in the public sector for at least 5 years after graduation.
