On June 26-July 8, 2015, the Division for Sustainable Development in the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) will host SD-Learning 2015 at the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) meeting. SD-Learning 2015 will provide an opportunity to HLPF participants to gain practical knowledge, skills, training as well as exchange of views on lessons learned and best practices related to the forum theme: “Strengthening integration, implementation and review – the HLPF after 2015.” Eight courses have been selected as part of the SD-Learning Programme; the SDSN will host two upcoming training courses as part of the capacity building event:

  1. HLPF SD – Learning Course “Economics of sustainable development through the practicality of partnerships,” Professor Patrick Paul Walsh, and Ms. Sophie Matte (SDSN). Conference Room F – UN Headquarters, Friday, June 26, 3pm-6pm.
  2. HLPF SD – Learning Course “Getting started with the SDGs: Charting a course for implementations,” Jessica Espey, Patrick Paul Walsh, and Liz Moyer (SDSN). Conference Room F – UN Headquarters, Thursday, July 2, 10am -1pm.
