The SDSN is very pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Espey as Associate Director of the SDSN and head of the New York office. Jessica has extensive experience in development policy having worked previously for the Office of the President of Liberia supporting the High-Level Panel on the Post 2015 Development Agenda, Save the Children, and ODI. Jessica has been playing a central role in the SDSN’s work on the post-2015 development framework, including monitoring and accountability.
We are extremely grateful for Dr. Glenn Denning’s tremendous leadership in building the SDSN and advancing our work on agriculture and nutrition. Glenn will focus more of his time on building the MPA in Development Practice program at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University. He will continue to work with the SDSN as a Senior Policy Advisor with particular responsibilities for the SDSN’s work on agriculture and nutrition as well as the collaboration with the Masters in Development Practice Consortium.
