On December 4, 2014, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon released his Synthesis Report on the Post-2015 Agenda entitled “The Road to Dignity by 2030: Ending Poverty, Transforming All Lives and Protecting the Planet.” In this report, Ban Ki-moon outlines six essential elements for delivering on the SDGs. The report is available for download here.

The academics and scientists convened through the Sustainable Development Solutions Network recommended the adoption of a science-based and action oriented agenda, integrating four interdependent dimensions of sustainable development (economic, social, environmental, and governance).
