Katerina Teksoz is a senior economist with over ten years of international experience in quantitative research and policy analysis. Her background combines advisory and project management work in multilateral institutions, academia and the private sector with employers as diverse as Columbia University, the International Monetary Fund, Morgan Stanley and the European Commission. Before joining SDSN, Katerina was consultant to the UNDP and is one of the authors of the 2015 Human Development Report. Her research interests span macroeconomic and policy issues in the context of developing countries and emerging markets. She has applied knowledge in statistical tools for the analysis of large-scale time series and panel datasets. Katerina holds a PhD in Economics with honours from University of Munich in Germany.
